Havent been super impressed with the illusions until now-- great job on this one! No clue here as to how you actually did it, and thats just fine for me!
By: hbathulak - July 27th 2005
is it because the eye lens is concave and the principle of refraction of light , added to which is the oval shape of the figures.
By: - July 27th 2005
I have seen these before, and they have nothing to do with the computer but it must have taken a while to design it. it probably has something to do with the smaller replicas and stuff
By: maniac - July 20th 2005
would it work if it was a poster?
By: kayla - July 20th 2005
it's so messed up how things can totally appear to be moving. it's like you have to remind your brain that it's not really in motion

My theory (excuse to sound like I know what I'm on about) is that the light is reflecting at different angles on them so it looks all spinny... As a thought...
By: Erica - February 12th 2005
When I look at a certain one, from the corner or my eye it looks like the ones around it are moving.. but never the ones I look at. But it worked more when I first came to this page.
By: ichabod - February 10th 2005

I have seen these before, and they have nothing to do with the computer but it must have taken a while to design it. it probably has something to do with the smaller replicas and stuff

would it work if it was a poster?
By: kayla - July 20th 2005
it's so messed up how things can totally appear to be moving. it's like you have to remind your brain that it's not really in motion

My theory (excuse to sound like I know what I'm on about) is that the light is reflecting at different angles on them so it looks all spinny... As a thought...

When I look at a certain one, from the corner or my eye it looks like the ones around it are moving.. but never the ones I look at. But it worked more when I first came to this page.
