the key to view this illusion is to move it vertically up and down slowly...it looks like spot lights blinking ...then try faster u see columns moves in opposite directions

It looks like they are doing the wave! And if I focus on one pair of circles, they look like they are getting big and then small again! SO COOL! SO RADICAL!!!!!!!!!!
